These terms govern your use of the Pairbase website and interface. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Pairbase is a website (the "Interface") that lets you interact with open-source smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain (the "Protocol"). The Interface is provided by Pairbase ("Pairbase", "we", "us"). The Protocol runs on a public blockchain, is not controlled by us, and can be used without the Interface.
We do not custody funds, hold keys, execute transactions, act as a broker, exchange, or market maker, or take the other side of any trade. Every action is a transaction you create and sign in your own wallet.
You must be of legal age where you live and legally able to use the Interface. You may not use it if you are located in, or a resident or national of, a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax law.
Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. Tokens shown on the Interface are created by third parties. Their names, descriptions, and links are supplied by their creators and are not reviewed or endorsed by us.
Using the Protocol involves substantial risk, including total loss. You have read and accept the risk disclosure. The smart contracts have not been independently audited. We make no promise that the Interface or the Protocol will be available, error-free, or secure.
The Protocol charges fees set by its contracts: a swap fee paid to liquidity providers, an optional protocol fee, and a launch fee shown before you confirm. Network gas fees are paid to the network. All fees are shown on the contracts page and in the Interface before you sign. Fees paid on chain are not refundable.
The Interface design and content are ours or our licensors' unless stated otherwise. The smart contract source code is published under its stated open-source licence. You may not use our name or branding to imply endorsement.
The Interface connects to third-party services such as your wallet, public RPC endpoints, and block explorers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
The Interface and the Protocol are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that they meet your needs or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Interface or the Protocol, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Interface, your violation of these terms, or tokens you launch.
We may change the Interface or these terms at any time by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a change is acceptance. We may restrict or end access to the Interface at any time. The Protocol on chain is unaffected by anything we do to the Interface.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pairbase is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another forum.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the Pairbase contact address published on this website.
